Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hypee mobile application ("App"), website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hypee. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

Account Registration

  • You may only maintain one account on the Platform.
  • You may not impersonate others or create an account for anyone other than yourself.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at hypeecorp@gmail.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.

User Content Policy

You retain ownership of the content you post on Hypee. By posting, you grant Hypee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Platform. Your content must not be harmful, illegal, hateful, infringing on intellectual property, or spammy. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Merch Marketplace Rules

  • Creators must provide accurate product details, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Selling counterfeit goods, prohibited items, or infringing on third-party trademarks is strictly forbidden.
  • Hypee may charge service fees or commissions on transactions, which will be disclosed to sellers.
  • While Hypee may help mediate disputes between buyers and sellers, we are not liable for transaction outcomes.

Events & Hype Points System

Hypee may host online and offline events. Access may depend on eligibility and availability. Our "Hype Points" are a non-cash, in-app reward currency earned through engagement. Points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire or be subject to change at our discretion.

Payments & Refunds

Payments for merchandise and event tickets are processed through third-party payment providers. All applicable taxes and service charges will be added to your order. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Attempting fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Activities

  • Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or threats.
  • Engaging in or promoting any illegal activity.
  • Using bots, scrapers, or automation to generate fake engagement.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Hypee app.
  • Selling, trading, or transferring your Hypee account.
  • Spreading misinformation or manipulating platform algorithms.

Intellectual Property

The Hypee name, logo, branding, user interface, icons, and all other platform content are the exclusive property of Hypee Corp. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or use our branding or assets without our prior written consent.

Privacy Policy Reference

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Hypee, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Hypee integrates with third-party services, such as payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), analytics tools, and cloud service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or are suspected of fraudulent activity. You may also request to delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

The Hypee Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, financial loss, service interruptions, or disputes between users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Hypee Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
